How to Request Data Deletion

1. Types of Data You Can Request to Delete

Your Name and Contact Details (Phone number, Email).
Your Enquiries and Lead History.
Any profile information shared during registration or lead submission.

2. How to Submit a Deletion Request

You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:

Via Email: Send an email to kunalproptech1@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please provide the phone number or email used during submission so we can identify your record.
Via Phone: Call us at +91-8437918760 and speak with our privacy officer.
Via Contact Form: You can use our Contact Us page to submit a request.

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity to ensure security. After verification, your data will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 7 to 14 business days.

4. Meta (Facebook) Data Deletion

If you have interacted with our platform through Meta Ads and wish to remove the data shared via Facebook Lead Forms, you can also manage your data settings directly on your Facebook account under "Settings & Privacy" > "Recent Ad Activity" or by following the manual instructions provided above.

5. Important Notes

Please note that some information may be retained if required by law (e.g., for financial records or legal compliance) or for legitimate business purposes as permitted under Indian data protection laws.
